- Registration is free of charge until 11:59 pm on Sunday 16th March 2025.
- Any registrations taking place from 12:00 am on Monday 17th March 2025 will be charged at £40 to encourage visitors to register before arriving onsite and to discourage any non-trade visitors attempting to enter the event.
- From 5pm on Tuesday 18th March 2025 online registration will be closed. Anyone wishing to register after this must do so with the onsite team at the main registration desk at Excel and will be asked to show proof of trade status.
- Onsite registration will close at 2pm on Wednesday 19th March 2025. Last entry is at 3pm on Wednesday 19th March.
- There will be additional ID and bag checks from 3pm to show close on all days.
- Any queries regarding this can be handled onsite with the dedicated team at the main registration desk located in the central boulevard.
- Defaced or altered tickets or passes will not be accepted and will be refused entry or the pass or ticket will need to be reprinted at our registration desk.
- Tickets cannot be sold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been resold, they will be invalidated, and admission will be refused.
- All tickets and passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, and duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances. If you purchase a ticket and then cannot attend, your ticket will not be refunded.
- In the event that your registration is declined after purchasing, your ticket will be refunded. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- If you attend the event and are asked to leave for any reason, your ticket will not be refunded.
