Sarah is the Executive Director of Eating Better, an alliance of over 65 organisations working on diet shift and better meat production. Prior to this she led WWF UK's work on industry engagement on their food work, the WWF Basket and the Retailers' Commitment to Nature. She spent a decade working in food retail across policy and sustainability at the Co-op.
