New products in the spotlight at IFE 2025

The show features over 15 dedicated food & drink sections, showcasing everything from Grocery & Wholesale to Chilled & Frozen to Bakery, Snacks & Confectionery, and is not only a platform for the best of UK food & drink but also a truly international showcase, welcoming exhibitors from over 60 countries. Visitors can explore innovative brands from countries including Cambodia, Bulgaria, Australia, Egypt, France, India, South Korea, South Africa, the United States, and many more.
With the show’s Startup Market providing a launchpad for emerging brands and the New Products Tasting Theatre allowing visitors to hear directly from brand owners while sampling their products, IFE is an unmissable event for retail and wholesale professionals.
The New Products Tasting Theatre at IFE is the ultimate destination for discovering something new. It offers visitors the chance to meet the passionate people behind Startup Market brands, hear their stories, explore their product ranges, and learn about their future plans while tasting their creations.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore and learn with Isle of Man - Tastes From the Only Entire Nation Biosphere, a Charcuterie Masterclass with FICT – Les Entreprises Françaises de Charcuterie Traiteur featuring celebrity chef James Strawbridge, and a tasting with the Free From Food Awards, introducing award-winning producers and industry-leading allergy-friendly products.
The Startup Market at IFE 2025 will also feature a host of exciting emerging brands. Scottish Honeyberry Growers will be showcasing its antioxidant-rich honeyberries in the form of jams, freeze-dried snacks, and indulgent chocolate-covered treats. JD’s Hot Honey is bringing its sweet and spicy honey, perfect for drizzling over pizza or fried chicken. Wild Berry Brew will introduce visitors to its naturally fermented, honeyberry-infused drinks, offering a refreshing alternative to traditional beverages.
Other innovative startups include Prepear Juice, a Korean pear-based drink designed to support alcohol metabolism, and Taitussi Bakery, which crafts high-end, butter-free indulgences such as cheesecakes and Avocookies. Chilli Chan’s will be offering its artisanal Asian-inspired chilli oils, while Chimmy’s brings the authentic taste of Argentina with its range of chimichurri sauces.
Umri Drinks will showcase wellness beverages designed for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, and Crispr Bites will tempt visitors with its chocolatey, crispy wafer snacks. ALPA will also be debuting the UK’s first almond flour pasta at this year’s event.
Outside of the Startup Market, more established brands will also be debuting new products at IFE 2025, BOLLE Drinks is making waves with its non-alcoholic wine range. Following the successful launch of its Blanc de Blancs and Rosé sparkling wines in September 2024, the company introduced its first still wine, Chardonnay, in February 2025.
Meanwhile, Fynoderee Distillery will unveil a brand-new signature gin at the show. Rice and convenience meal specialist Veetee is introducing its latest range, HungryHeads, catering to busy consumers seeking quick, flavour-packed meal solutions inspired by global cuisines. British Canadian brand Pure Maple is launching its rebranded lineup of 100% pure maple syrup products, now newly certified organic.
Action Foods will be presenting The Smiling Cook, a premium selection of pre-cooked IQF pasta and ambient ready-made sauces. Frozen food brand Taj Foods is set to showcase its latest innovation, Taj Curry Base Miz Frozen, designed for convenient, high-quality curry preparation. Asco Foods is introducing Thai Crown, a new range of rice sticks, palm sugars, and flours, ideal for both professional kitchens and home cooks passionate about Thai cuisine.
Atilim Tarimsal Faaliyetler will be unveiling Bobajoy PRO Popping Boba, a unique product combining fruit juice flavours with a seaweed coating, perfect for drinks, dishes, or standalone snacking.
Beijing Stevia Co. Ltd is showcasing a new range of natural sweeteners that can be used as sugar substitutes across various food, beverage, and cosmetic applications, catering to gluten-free, keto, and sugar-free dietary needs. 3D Trading is introducing Gummi Peelerz Mango, a TikTok sensation and award-winning product, now available for wholesalers and independent retailers in the UK.
ARK34 is launching two innovative brands under the BEBE’s TREE umbrella: ‘TILLAS, a boldly flavoured rolled tortilla chip, and TATO CHEEZZ, the world’s first plant-based cheese alternative made from fresh potatoes. Lanswers Inc will be presenting TotesOats, a premium yogurt and granola brand that started in Seoul in 2018. Now expanding internationally, the company is seeking to make connection in the UK market at IFE 2025.
