I am the senior buyer for groceries.
What do you love about working in food & drink?
Discovering new and emerging brands, either focusing on new trends or traditional great quality products from around the world
What trend or product do you think will be making waves in 2025?
This is very hard to say, rather then trends we are seeing more great ‘clean’ deck products emerging in the market.
How do you discover new products and trends?
A variety, mostly online from social media platforms, however food shows and word of mouth are still a great way to find new brands.
What are you hoping to learn/source from IFE this year?
New and emerging brands, with great packaging and new concepts.
