Our company NOPAL brings all the way from México the amazing cactus Opuntia Ficus Indica. We are a family owned farm and processing company with over 20 years of experience producing NOPAL powder and snacks. We export 50% of our production to tortilla factories in the USA in order to help them have a healthier product by adding our 100% NOPAL powder.
Our expertise goes from choosing the cactus pads, sanitising them with purified water, removing the thorns (these is all done by hand and it is a labour intensive artisanal process) , dehydrating the pads and either we pulverise them to give you 100% nopal powder or we add them natural spices to make our snacks.
We are enthusiastic to present our products to the European market starting in the UK, we hope to help tackle in a natural way the obesity and health crisis. Our office is in London where you can contact us directly.
