We are a multi product Distillery situated on the Isle of Man - the worlds only entire nation UNESCO Biosphere.   We produce premium and super premium spirits including Gin, Vodka, Rum and Single Malt Whiskey.  Our Gin range includes a new signature Gin which will be launched at IFE 2025 and other special editions including a seasonal range using hand forage local botanicals.  Our rum is scratch made on the Island using organic Colombian panela (unrefined cane sugar) and our first release Fynoderee Isle of Man Single Malt Whiskey will be released in 2026.  Our brand name and visual identity is inspired from the Islands rich folklore.
