Fromageries Paul Dischamp has been crafting premium AOP cheeses in the heart of Auvergne since 1911. Our expertise, combined with the rich volcanic terroir of the region, gives our cheeses their distinctive character. We are exhibiting at IFE London to introduce the excellence of French AOP cheeses to new partners in the UK. As specialists in traditional and premium cheeses, we are looking to expand our distribution network and bring the rich taste of Auvergne to British consumers.

Saint-Nectaire PDO, Cantal PDO (all ages), Bleu D'Auvergne PDO, Fourme d'Ambert PDO, Salers PDO, 3 types of Tommes, Gaperons (pepper and garlic cheese of cow or goat milk), Bethmales (typical Tommes the Pyrenees made from cow, sheep, goat or a mix of milks)
