F.lli D'Acunzi s.r.l. is a company that produces canned food (especially vegetables). It was founded in 1958
in Southern Italy, namely Nocera Superiore, in the heart of the Agro-Sarnese-Nocerino, land of the famous
San Marzano tomato.
Nowadays this product with protected designation of origin (PDO) is an important seasoning of the
Mediterranean diet that was given, like pizza, the world heritage status by UNESCO.
From 1958 till today the company F.lli D'Acunzi s.r.l. has developed both in production and process
diversification with a precise business philosophy: to grow in quantity, without lowering the high quality
standard of products.
The above-mentioned diversification led the company to preserve the integrity of the San Marzano tomato
and to produce new types of products. Peeled tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato pulp, cherry tomatoes,
tomato sauces and tomato concentrates are just a small part of the wide variety of different types of
canned tomatoes produced by our company.
Each product is stored in small-sized tin containers (for domestic markets) and larger containers (for
Horeca such as restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias and all kinds of catering services).
Furthermore, the company has recently equipped an industrial laboratory for the packaging of typical
products based on different varieties of tomatoes: Vesuvio’s piennolo, tomato fillets, corbarino, yellow
tomatoes and other similar products in can and in glass .
It is produce also organic tomatoes and yellow tomatoes sauce and new yellow Ketchup.
The company is a medium-sized company and each year produces more than 18000 tons of fresh
tomatoes, even if it has a production capacity that is equal to more than twice the previous number.
Our strong points are: enduring relationships with all suppliers and consolidated availability for
collaboration with new customers; controlled, motivated and trained personnel and work environment;
particular attention to a capillary control to avoid any possible impurity or contamination, during both the
production and packaging processes; an appropriate presentation of the final product and of the
containers in which it is stored. The company has open commercial markets both in Italy and in a lot of
foreign countries, such as Japan, USA and UAE.
Nevertheless, the company's goal in the next period is to diversify and expand these markets, by
producing an high-quality product and serving consumers and distributors with a medium-high welfare
rate.

meet new requirements and to maintain its competitiveness, with controlled and certified technical and
