Unable to travel and missing the food our founder Keziah remembered from her childhood in the Philippines, Keziah started to get creative in the kitchen and launched her artisan ice cream company "Araw" (the Filipino word for ‘sun’ or ‘day’) in October 2021. Looking beyond the usual chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, Keziah aim to offer happiness and escapism through gloriously inventive that not only represented her upbringing and home, but cultures and flavours from around the world such as Pandan Onde Onde (very popular rice dessert in Singapore and Malaysia), Ube Halaya (purple yam), Basque Cheesecake, Mango Sticky Rice (Vegan) and Roasted Banana with Tahini Fudge.
