ACETAIA MANICARDI

Manicardi is a family-run company located in Modena, in the Emilia Romagna region. This region, rich in biodiversity, is famous for its generous lands and for the climate and soil conditions that allow the production of high-quality raw materials and fine grapes. 
The company follows the production chain entirely.
On these hills, the company has always cultivated Lambrusco and Pignoletto and produces, above all, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, the "black gold" that is known and appreciated worldwide.
To produce Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, the company uses only musts from the best grapes grown on its own farm. The fine barrels are built with different types of wood, each of which gives the Vinegar, over the years, a diverse essence.
And then there is the time factor: Yes! Because you should wait 12 or 25 years for the vinegar to age before tasting it.
The range of Manicardi specialities is vibrant: there is the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and IGP offered in different lines and ages, well beyond what is indicated by the guidelines; there are wine and apple vinegars, wines and sparkling wines of the territory produced by vinifying the farm’s grapes harvested by hand with the support of a dedicated oenologist; finally, there are the Condiments, the Creams and Glazes, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and other delicacies.
To further guarantee the consumer, the Manicardi Agricultural Company has obtained the FSSC22000 and ORGANIC certifications and an efficient HACCP self-control system for the safety and traceability of the products.
The farm is located in a picturesque location, on the vineyards of the property, a tangible sign of the strong link with the territory; often guided tours and tastings are organized.
The Manicardi brand is now known both in Italy and abroad for the excellence and craftsmanship it represents. It is distributed in gourmet shops, department stores, and the best restaurants.
