Stag’s signature product is the Stornoway Water Biscuit, a savoury cracker that is an accomplished accompaniment for all varieties of cheese and other toppings. The Seaweed Water Biscuits were named Best Scottish Speciality Product in 2013 by the Guild of Fine Food and remain popular with customers today. Stag Bakeries products are currently stocked in over 1,000 fine food retailers in the United Kingdom, and the company also exports with ten years of experience in supplying their products internationally.
Stag also has private label manufacturing capabilities and has been working with clients on a private label basis for over a decade. The bakery has a dedicated NPD team with many years of experience who are focused exclusively on the creation of innovative new bakery products.
