We produce innovative and delicious food with passion and state-of-the-art production technology - frozen every day.

We are a medium-sized company and produce a variety of breaded and filled Schnitzel products. We have been based in Wetschen, Lower Saxony, as a frozen meat product manufacturer since 1981 and produce the favourite food of many German and international customers.

We produce our Schnitzel products from fresh meat from long-standing suppliers who, like us, are certified to the high standards of the IFS (International Featured Standard Food) and QS (Quality and Safety).

Regular inspections and tests in independent accredited laboratories, audits by the relevant organisations and by our customers, as well as complete traceability are a matter of course for our quality management.
