We bake the most delicious worldly breads for the national and international market: from Lebanese Flatbread that you dip, tear and wrap to colorful hamburger buns in all kinds of (vegan) varieties and discover our delicious Turkish bread, Surinamese bread and Simit.
We produce our breads in a modern and BRC-certified bakery in Zaandam. We do this day fresh, frozen, but also oxygen-free packed, for domestic and foreign foodservice and retail customers.
Lika Bakery uses the same techniques, recipes and equipment as traditional bakers in Lebanon. “Our flour is composed with special care, giving our bread an authentic Mediterranean character, complete with the delicious smell and taste that comes with it. A true experience!”
