La Fabrique Cookies is a French company that makes traditional cookies, cakes and madeleines, as well as pure butter shortbread for sweet snacks. 
The recipes are made using French ingredients (French butter, free range eggs, French sugar, French flour, etc.), and are clean label: no preservatives, no artificial flavourings, no additives. 
Both production sites - in Gennevilliers near Paris and in Ardin near La Rochelle - are IFS certified.
