At Convict Bitters, our mission is to pay homage to our Australian origins by crafting exceptional cocktail bitters that showcase the diverse and unique flavours of Australia. 

Convict Bitters produces premium Australian cocktail bitters. We started over 2 decades ago as a hobby for a father and son duo, and after years of passionate research, experimentation and discovery, we created what Convict Bitters is today.

The story behind the name Convict Bitters honours the historical connection between Australia and the UK. Based on the journey bitters originally took to Australia on the convict ships of the First Fleet, our brand name and story are uniquely Australian just like the quality bitters we make using unique native Australian botanicals.

The flavour and quality is evident in the numerous awards won both locally and internationally. However, we’re not resting on our laurels and true to how our company started, we’re constantly discovering, experimenting, and developing new Australian flavours and products to introduce the world to.
