Consolidated Business Systems Limited (CBS), is an agricultural products base export company formed in 45 years back. The company’s main export items are value added Tea, Coconut Milk & Coconut Oil based products, Fresh fruits, Vegetables, Dry Foods, Frozen Foods, with an average monthly turnover of USD 800,000.00 while catering over 75 countires in the world. 

The company commenced business operations in 1979 by exporting fresh fruits & vegetables. Gradually the Company has ventured into many products mainly value added tea and coconut based products. CBS operates in three factories at Boralesgamuwa, Kaduwela & Kuliyapitiya and consist of five product divisions, namely Tea, Fruits & Vegetables, Dry Foods, Frozen Foods and coconuts.
Diversifying in to a range of products, all under brand names of Sun Island, Sun Feast &Rish, CBS was mainly concentrated on fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh coconuts, Tea, Spices, Frozen and dry foods. Diversifying its product range , the Company ventured into Coconut Milk, Oil & Coconut Cream sector in 2013. These new products are yielding a significant turnover to the Company becoming a high contributor to its volumes. CBS works closely with thousands of farmers at village level for many years, from whom the company sourced its produce. Success of CBS in producing a quality product range consistently is evidenced by having built a tremendous rapport with its Buyers as well as with suppliers over the years . This exporter-producer relationship has always helped the company in its endeavors.
