"Pasta Alica" is an italian company that produces the most well-known italian food: pasta. We use the best durum wheat from Basilicata region and from an area straddling with the Tavoliere delle Puglie. We guarantee high quality products thanks to short and controlled supply chain projects that highlight the work of local farmers. We use ecofriendly fertilisers, recyclable paper for packaging and are careful to draw up an annual Sustainability Report. Our mission is to guarantee the best products and of the highest quality, all certified BIO, BRC, IFS and FDA. We also produce a biological line that comes from
Senatore Cappelli whole wheat and of top-quality organic cereals quality. This line is also
completely bronze-drawn and left to dry slowly and at a low temperature for almost two days so as to have delicious and healthy pasta. In order to make pasta even tastier we also produce sauces, using the best olives as well as well as the best tomatoes and the freshest tuna.
