We’ve seen a huge uplift over the last few years in our fresh pickle production. We believe in part driven by a growing awareness of gut health and consumers demanding a better quality, more innovative offering.  We’ll talk through how we develop recipes and the importance of using different vinegars/brines, herbs and spices to complement the main ingredients, as well as how we look at current food trends to develop flavour profiles.  Many of our pickles are Great Taste award winners, so come along and try some alongside a few from our new range!
