The Staff Canteen Live was a live kitchen area at IFE 2017 focusing on practical advice, on-trend ingredient combinations and top trade tips from some of the industry's finest chefs.
Following on from the success of TSC Live at Hotelympia, The Staff Canteen Live brought their highly visual arena to IFE 2017.
Attendees had access to the chefs and every chef demonstration was as interactive as possible. TSC Live gave the audience a chance to get up close and personal to the chefs.
