The Staff Canteen Live

The Staff Canteen Live is a live kitchen area focusing on practical advice, on-trend ingredient combinations and top trade tips from some of the industry's finest chefs.

Following on from the success of TSC Live at Hotelympia, The Staff Canteen Live is set to bring their highly visual arena to IFE 2017.

Attendees will have access to the chefs and every chef demonstration will be as interactive as possible. TSC Live will give the audience a chance to get up close and personal to the chefs. Watch this space for futher updates.
