Karen Fewell (@DigitalBlonde) is a speaker, columnist and founder of the marketing agency, Digital Blonde which specialises in the food and drink industry. Karen has almost 20 years’ experience in the sector and takes a keen interest in how people of all ages form emotional relationships with food. Her work to date includes a number of studies, experiments and client marketing campaigns in this area.
Understanding how and why humans make choices is at the heart of many of Karen’s most successful projects. Armed with the knowledge that we make over 200 decisions a day about food - most of which are unconscious - Karen is dedicated to exploring what this means for dining and experience and the food industry as whole.
