Alexandru Craciun has enjoyed a varied career having worked for the likes of Gordon Ramsay at his Mayfair restaurant, Maze, prolonged stints at Alex Atala’s Brazilian restaurant, D.O.M. and with Rene Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen.
Alexandru also worked for Jason Atherton as sous chef at Pollen Street Social before he was handpicked by Jason to take the reins of his Japanese restaurant, Sosharu in Clerkenwell where he is executive chef. As part of his training Alexandru spent a year in Japan in order to gain the right experience and knowledge needed for Sosharu.
